Ever since Cannondale built our first 29'er hardtail, Cannondale fans around the world have been clamouring for us to build a full suspension version. The New 29'er's from Cannondale address the three main issues of weight, stiffness and handling, that typically plague these bikes. The Cannondale Scalpel 29'er 2 Mountain Bike is exceptionally light-weight. This bike has geometry and trail manners that mimic the stable, but nimble feel of our Flash Carbon hardtails, not an easy task when you're adding 100mm of travel.
